Beautiful hotel, close enough to the beach for us but right in the middle of restaurant and shopping. We loved it, breakfast is amazing and huge. Staff was rude and annoyed/helpful, for what the guests pay and the accommodations we definitely were surprised by the attitudes of front desk staff each time.. the pool is beautiful and kids loved it. Would maybe stay again , love everything but the people definitely throw off the vibe and overall package of it so maybe not.

Loved the location, staff friendliness, and generosity. I sent a personal note to ask for early accommodation as we arrived at 7 a.m. and the check-in was not until 4 p.m. Even though I received a response by email that it was not possible, when we arrived we were allowed to check in immediately and to enjoy a wonderful breakfast! Clean sheets, comfortable bed. Great AC system in the room. Good furniture! An opportunity to actually stay in a suite was phenomenal. Absolutely wonderful elevators and ambiance downstairs - so green, bridges, plants, very nice. I would like to acknowledge Kathleen (Reception Desk Operator) - WONDERFUL! and JEFF - Concierge services. He gave the best recommendations. Other activities to explore while there: 1. Water taxi 2. Hugh Taylor Birch State Park (Station #8 Water taxi) 3. Bonnett Gardens (Historical and beautiful) 4. Flamingo Gardens

Breakfast was nice, wish they could leave coffee station open longer. Also, in order to enjoy nice weather, could the pool area or outdoor seating area remain open after 8pm ? Groups of patrons were asked to leave restaurant, pool area, & outdoor sitting area as it closed at 8 each evening.

Location to the Port of Everglades, within walking distance to shops, our room was clean and the woman who checked us in was exceptional! Customer Service was great!.

Great location for cruise port, nearby shops & restaurants. Spacious rooms, Nice little pool area with happy hour drinks Good fast internet, Nice freshly cooked breakfasts. Staff were accommodating with check in & out times

Great location, next to shopping center with grocery store, restaurants, etc! Close to the port and they have shuttles to the port for a small fee. Pool was nice too.

The property was very beautiful, plenty to do in walking distance of the hotel, & everything was very clean. The room we received was very big & was very comfortable! staff was very attentive & the complimentary meals didn’t disappoint!
